This 30-minute discovery call is a sacred space for us to connect, heart to heart, and see if our paths are meant to walk alongside one another for a while. Whether you're feeling stuck, burnt out, or disconnected from your inner wisdom, this call is all about you. We’ll explore what’s currently challenging you—whether that’s emotional overwhelm, old patterns that just won’t quit, self-sabotage, or a general feeling of “there’s more for me, but I can’t seem to reach it.” We’ll talk about what blocks might be showing up in your body, energy, or mindset, and start to uncover what’s really holding you back. Think of this as a no-pressure, real-talk session where we can tune in to see if working together feels aligned. I’ll share how I support people through a mix of energy healing, emotional release (like Emotion Code), and empowered life coaching, helping you reconnect with your truth, get grounded in your body, and create the shifts you’ve been craving.
